'BOY'

Genre: Drama

Camerawork: first off there is close ups where of where the girl is looking at the clothing she would like to have, and then the mother is shown in a full length shot of the clothing she wants her daughter to wear.

Narrative: the narrative behind this is which of a teenage girl trying to find herself, understanding she isn't comfortable  in her own body, but we discover throughout her mother wont let her make the changes she wants to make to be happy, which leads to arguments and discussions within her family

Characterisation: the main character, changes and developes throughout the short film as we find out more and more about her situation and how she clashes with her mother, this is because the girls is very passionate about her needs and what she wants to do whereas her mother fully disagrees

Script: 

Editing: throughout this film it includes lots of jump cuts between each shot and many insert shots, and also to see where segments have been removed and changed to apply with the correct genre

production values: the production values within this film are quite high as there are many costume and locations changes and the continuity is good and small mistakes when re filming parts of scenes is not noticeable
